We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales , strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for achieving sales growth through proactive client engagement and effective market outreach. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field sales activities including client visits, product presentations, and market surveys. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through fieldwork, networking, and referrals. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional and brand-building initiatives. Prepare periodic sales reports and share insights on market trends and competitor activities. Required Qualifications: Graduate degree required. 2 - 4 years of proven experience in field sales and marketing . Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi ; English communication skills are an added advantage. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Male candidates only.
