Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Promoter located in Dharampeth,Nagpur. The Store Promoter will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product information, and promoting RAY Health products. The role includes conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, achieving sales targets, and maintaining product displays. The Store Promoter will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and ability to achieve sales targets Experience in conducting Training sessions and product demonstrations Knowledge of Marketing techniques and strategies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus Experience in the health and wellness industry is beneficial
