Job Role Includes: Editing Gaming & IRL YouTube videos — 30 to 40 minutes long Handling cutdowns for Reels/Shorts (from your own long-form edits) Adding subtitles, meme references, SFX, music , and more without needing handholding Working under pressure and managing a fast, high-volume content load Who We Want: We are looking for a professional long-form video editor who has: ✅ 3–4+ years full-time experience editing YouTube videos for actual creators ✅ Edited long-form YouTube content (10–20 mins), especially in Gaming or IRL niches ✅ Worked on videos with creators who have a real audience and subscriber base ✅ Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop ✅ A solid grip on sound design, meme timing, music, pacing, and color grading ✅ Fluency in Hindi + English (we make Hinglish content) ✅ The ability to work fast , meet 48–72 hour turnaround times , and take feedback well ✅ Experience working with a team (editors, writers, producers) 🚫 READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING.
