Role Overview As a Video Editor at RAWBUZZ, you will be responsible for editing short-form and long-form video content across digital platforms. This role requires a strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail, along with the ability to handle feedback, revisions, and deadlines professionally. This is a growth-oriented role with clear earning upside based on performance and long-term collaboration. Compensation ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month for the first 3 months Post 3 months, based on performance and working relationship, editors typically earn ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month Key Responsibilities Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads Edit long-form content including brand films, interviews, and promotional videos Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to understand briefs and objectives Apply feedback efficiently and manage multiple revisions when required Maintain consistent quality, pacing, and brand tone across projects Deliver projects within agreed timelines without quality compromise Optimize edits for different platforms and formats Organize project files and maintain clean workflows Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Video Editor (agency or freelance experience acceptable) Strong command of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro , or equivalent Good understanding of transitions, sound design, pacing, and visual hierarchy Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines Comfortable handling constructive feedback and revisions Basic understanding of social media content performance and formats Strong attention to detail and consistency Good to Have (Not Mandatory) Experience editing performance ads or branded content Basic motion graphics or animation skills Color grading and sound mixing fundamentals Familiarity with content trends across social platforms Work Environment Hybrid setup with 2–3 days per week in-office Flexible working hours with clear delivery expectations Outcome-driven culture—quality and accountability matter more than hours logged Growth Opportunity This is not a short-term or churn role.
