The Role We are looking for a talented and driven Brand Identity & Visual Designer to join our growing team. You'll work alongside strategists and designers to bring brands to life — defining visual worlds, designing distinctive identities, and shaping systems that leave a lasting mark. What You Will Do Assist in the development of brand identities — from concept to visual expression. Support the design of brand assets including logos, colour palettes, typography, and visual & brand guidelines. Help create presentation decks, mock-ups, and case studies that showcase strategic and visual thinking. Participate in brainstorming sessions, internal reviews, and client meetings. Conduct visual research, mood boarding, and competitor analysis to inform direction. Support the team in shaping compelling visual stories across digital, print, and spatial applications. What We Are Looking For 1- 2 years experience or a recent design graduate with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of branding, typography, and layout. Passionate about identity systems, storytelling, and designing with intention. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva); Figma is a plus. Curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and open to feedback. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment.
