We are seeking a highly talented Graphic Designer with expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Motion Graphics to create high-impact visuals across multiple platforms for our Group of companies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can produce high-quality creatives on the go, and is highly capable to produce brand consistency, storytelling. Key Responsibilities: * Design high-converting creatives for social media posts, ads, website banners, amazon A+ content, storefronts design, social media, and YouTube ads. * Work across multiple product lines to maintain a cohesive and engaging brand identity. * Create motion graphics and short-form video content to enhance engagement and retention. * Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience preferences to craft compelling visuals. * Optimize ad creatives based on analytics and A/B testing to maximize performance. * Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and marketing materials. * Collaborate with marketing, social media, sales and product teams to ensure seamless brand integration. * Work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, blender, Premiere Pro). * Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing. * A deep understanding of ad design for performance marketing and conversion optimization. * Experience with multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon, TikTok, YouTube). * Ability to research trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies. * Excellent eye for typography, layout, and branding. * Experience with Figma and UI/UX design is a plus. Preferred Skills * Familiarity with 3D design and rendering. * Experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, or other generative AI tools). * Strong storytelling and script visualization skills.
