Guide the technical feasibility of product features, especially those leveraging AI/ML technologies, in close partnership with development teams. Lead with Agile and Scrum principles to ensure fast-paced, focused, and flexible delivery. Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team thats passionate about impact and innovation. Ideal Candidate Profile:7+ years of proven success in product management, including launching and scaling products from 0 to 1. Experience leading AI-first or technology-driven products, with a clear passion for innovation and user value. Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean, and design thinking methodologies. Strong analytical mindset, with a bias toward data-informed decisions and empathetic design. High emotional intelligence and strong leadership capabilities to rally teams around a shared vision.
