We are hiring for a CBSE Dayboarding School-Ratan International School, Bareilly website - www.rataninternational.org Key Job Responsibilities Principal Provide overall leadership for academic and administrative operations of the school Build and strengthen the school brand aligned with its vision, mission, and values Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, discipline, and student achievement Lead curriculum planning, implementation, assessments, and academic reviews Drive academic excellence through data-driven monitoring and continuous improvement Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff Plan manpower, training calendars, and performance reviews Ensure compliance with CBSE, RTE, DoE, and all statutory requirements Oversee admissions, student discipline, parent engagement, and grievance handling Coordinate school marketing, branding initiatives, and external stakeholder relations Manage budgets, resources, facilities, vendors, and ERP systems Act as the key liaison between management, staff, parents, and the community
