Company Description RASTOGI BOOK DEPOT IS A VINTAGE RETAIL SHOP. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Salesperson at Rastogi Book Depot. As a Salesperson, you will handle daily sales operations, assist customers in finding the right products, and respond to inquiries. You will also manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure a clean, organized display to enhance the shopping experience. This is an on-site role based in New Delhi, and you will contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Sales, Customer Service, and Negotiation skills Effective Communication and Active Listening skills Knowledge of the book industry, including current trends and customer preferences, is a plus Ability to manage inventory, maintain organized displays, and handle transactions efficiently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in basic math and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems Flexibility to work varied retail hours including weekends Prior experience in retail or bookstores is preferred but not required
