Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Tender Process Management Identify relevant tenders through various online and offline platforms (e-procurement portals, newspapers, etc.) Thoroughly study tender documents including BOQs, specifications, eligibility criteria, and scope of work Manage pre-bid queries, attend pre-bid meetings, and coordinate with internal departments for clarification Documentation & Submission Prepare and compile all required tender documents – technical proposals, financial bids, certifications, experience statements, etc. Ensure timely and accurate online/offline submission of tenders as per guidelines Cost Estimation & Vendor Coordination Liaise with procurement and estimation teams to derive competitive pricing and technical inputs Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for quotes and compliance documents Post-Submission Activities Follow up on submitted tenders, track status, and handle negotiations if shortlisted Assist in contract finalization and onboarding once tender is awarded Database & Compliance Maintain an organized database of all tenders, submissions, outcomes, and feedback Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements in all submitted tenders Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in tendering for construction or EPC companies In-depth knowledge of CPWD, PWD, MES, PSU, and private tenders Strong analytical and documentation skills Familiarity with government e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, state tenders) Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PDF editing, and tender software tools Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Ethical, proactive, and self-motivated Reporting To: Director – Business Development / Project Head Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
