Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Executive to join our Bangalore-based team. The role involves developing new chemical processes and formulations, conducting experiments, improving existing products, and supporting scale-up and production activities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize chemical processes/formulations for fine and specialty chemicals. Conduct lab-scale synthesis, performance testing, and analysis. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and experiment logs. Assist in scale-up trials and provide support to the production team. Identify and evaluate raw materials, chemicals, and techniques for process improvements. Work in compliance with company SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory norms. Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and Purchase teams to ensure successful implementation of R&D outcomes. Candidate Profile: Education : B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering. Experience : 1–3 years in R&D, preferably in a fine chemical, API, or specialty chemical environment. Skills : Good understanding of organic synthesis and lab safety procedures. Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with lab instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, etc. (preferred but not mandatory)
