We are growing fast, and now we're looking for a bold, creative, execution-first Influencer Marketing & Brand Positioning Manager who can establish Rapidscoop as the go-to brand in the AI x content x social media ecosystem. Role Overview: This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of influence, content creation, digital strategy, and brand storytelling . You'll own how Rapidscoop shows up across platforms from managing our social channels, to building strategic creator/influencer partnerships, to securing collaborations that put us in front of the right communities. You are not just good at building brand presence you've done it yourself or for top-tier brands, and you have a growing online following to show for it. You'll work closely with the founders and marketing team to drive audience growth , brand trust , and cultural relevance with content that's smart, scroll-stopping, and worth sharing. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and execute a brand strategy that positions Rapidscoop as a thought leader in the AI, content creation, and social publishing ecosystem. Clarify messaging, tone of voice, and value pillars to differentiate the brand across platforms. Identify target audiences (creators, founders, marketers, agencies) and build campaigns that resonate with each. Influencer Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Design and execute an influencer strategy to promote the Rapidscoop brand through trusted voices (creators, educators, tech influencers, AI experts). Build long-term creator partnerships and manage influencer campaigns (both paid and organic). Leverage your existing network (or build new ones) with YouTubers, LinkedIn creators, Twitter/X personalities, podcasters, etc. Content Creation & Platform Growth Develop and manage content across social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, TikTok) to drive awareness and conversion. Own the editorial calendar plan and publish engaging, high-converting content in line with trends, launches, and cultural moments. Collaborate with content writers, designers, video editors, and AI tools to execute rapid content creation. Use content hooks, storytelling formats, memes, and educational value to earn reach and credibility. Community Building & Engagement Grow and engage a community of power users, fans, and creators around Rapidscoop. Respond to DMs, comments, and user content. Celebrate user wins. Create space for interaction and virality. Help turn users into advocates by highlighting their stories, results, and feedback. Media, PR & Brand Visibility Pitch and secure brand features, media placements, podcast interviews, newsletter mentions, and panel appearances. Build media relationships that position Rapidscoop as a thought-leading brand in AI, content, and creator tools. Partner with events, newsletters, and community platforms for co-branded growth campaigns. Analytics & Optimization Track KPIs: follower growth, engagement rates, campaign reach, influencer ROI, social referral traffic, brand mentions. Use insights to optimize campaigns and improve content performance week over week. Run A/B tests on content hooks, formats, platform timing, etc. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience building brand visibility and influence in tech, SaaS, or creator-facing spaces. Proven ability to grow social accounts (brand or personal) from zero to significant scale. Strong understanding of short-form video, meme culture, news-jacking, and trend adaptation. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills; ability to write smart, punchy, on-brand content. Experience working with creators, influencers, and media platforms. Bonus: You already have 25,000+ followers or run a successful content channel of your own. Bonus: Prior experience in AI tools, SaaS marketing, or social publishing is a plus.
