As a PLM Solutions Lead, your role involves leading the design, implementation, and customization of PLM solutions using Teamcenter. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading the design, implementation, and customization of PLM solutions using Teamcenter. - Upgrading Teamcenter versions and ensuring smooth data migration. - Customizing Teamcenter RAC and Active Workspace (5.x and above). - Performing root cause analysis and providing timely resolutions for production issues. - Working on Teamcenter ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Rich client & Active Workspace customizations. - Configuring and managing BMIDE, BOM Management, Workflows, Change Management, Dispatcher, CAD/ERP Integrations, and more. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements. - Assisting in creating and maintaining training materials for engineering and PLM users. - Staying updated and adapting quickly to new technologies. Qualifications required for this role: - 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter development. - Proven experience in leading technical teams. - Strong expertise in customization and configuration of Teamcenter components. - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. - Knowledge of Mendix development is an added advantage.,
