The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, teaching ability, and a passion for skill development. Candidates with Craftsman Training Scheme (CTS) certification will be given top priority . Key Responsibilities Conduct theory and practical classes for Electrician trade as per NCVT/SCVT norms. Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and assessments. Demonstrate electrical tools, equipment, and safety practices. Guide trainees in practical projects, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports. Support in managing workshops, tools, and lab equipment. Ensure compliance with all safety and training standards.
