We are looking for a skilled Tray / Tool Designer with hands-on experience in Thermoforming and Vacuum Forming processes. The candidate will be responsible for designing trays and tools as per customer requirements, ensuring functionality, manufacturability, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Design trays and tools for thermoforming and vacuum forming applications. Develop 2D and 3D drawings for molds, trays, and tools. Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure design feasibility. Modify and improve existing designs to optimize performance and cost. Ensure designs comply with industry standards and customer specifications . Support tooling trials, testing, and production troubleshooting. Maintain design documentation and revision records. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Thermoforming & Vacuum Forming processes . Experience in tray and tool design for plastic components. Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo or similar design software. Understanding of plastic materials, molds, and tooling concepts . Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
