The Home Care Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their homes. Duties include administering medication, monitoring patient health, coordinating with healthcare professionals, performing wound care, and ensuring that patients receive proper nutrition and hydration. The Home Care Nurse will also educate patients and their families on proper home care procedures and maintain accurate patient records. Qualifications Skills in Nursing and Medicine Experience in Home Care and Patient Care Proficiency in Wound Care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Diploma or degree in Nursing or related field Valid Nursing license Experience in home care or community health is a plus
