Job Description : Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and drinks professionally and ensure guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and tables. Set up tables with cutlery, glassware, and napkins according to restaurant standards. Assist in clearing tables and resetting them quickly for new guests. Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times. Support senior wait staff and supervisors during peak hours and events. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Skill Required : Basic knowledge of food and beverages. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Steward or Waiter in a restaurant/hotel. Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
