Visited this today for dinner and drinks, was disappointed with the service and behavior. Left over ~50 minutes waiting for food and drinks, even after multiple follow ups. Slow service and staff behavior diminished our overall experience.

Halted here for 3 days for an official visit. It is at the center of Pune. Rooms are spacious and clean. Rooms have enough space for my work as a separate table and chair was provided. Had a complimentary breakfast. It's ok and more varieties are there. Fruits are good. But for dinner they have not provided fruits. Gym is there.

It was not good at all. I found cockroach in loaded nachos. And the waiter was not even sorry for that. Is this the kind of service you guys are providing. Not coming again at this place. You guys really need to look upon your hygiene thing. Really very bad

I had an amazing experience during my recent stay at Ramee Grand Hotel. The staff is very helpful and kind. I got early check in with the help of Vaishali. Restaurant breakfast is superb with lots of varieties. Must stay at Ramee Grand Hotel when you travel to Pune.

Rooms were not very good. Service was extremely bad. Breakfast buffet was repetitive. However the location is extremely good. Walking distance to FC road and lot of options for bars, pubs and shopping destinations. Staff were polite. However, the fittings inside bathroom , wifi connection were extremely poor
