Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Continental Demi Chef de Partie located at Rambha Palace in Ganjam. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality Continental cuisine while ensuring dishes meet established standards. Duties include assisting the team in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, supervising a section, and ensuring that food safety regulations are consistently followed. Supporting the sous chef and head chef in daily operations and contributing to menu development are also key responsibilities. Qualifications Experience in preparing and presenting a variety of Continental dishes with attention to detail Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and hygiene protocols Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while independently managing a specific section of the kitchen Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently under pressure Adaptability and willingness to learn and contribute to menu innovation Formal culinary training or certification in cooking is preferred Prior experience in hospitality or luxury dining establishments is a definite advantage
