Establish contact with prospective employers through personal visits, telephonic calls, and emails based on category and corporate interest. 2. Develop plans with well defined activities for placement 3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align placement strategies with organizational goals. 4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners. 5. Maintain accurate records of employer interactions, feedback, and placement outcomes. 6. Coordinate on-campus placements. 7.
