Role Overview As a UX/UI Designer at RAMA AI, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and creative teams to craft visually appealing prototypes, interfaces, and user journeys. You will be responsible for driving design excellence across multiple projects – from concept to launch. Key Responsibilities Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma Conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze feedback for continuous improvement Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all UI elements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into meaningful digital experiences Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (Portfolio required) Strong proficiency in Figma is mandatory Experience with Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools Solid understanding of responsive design principles and design systems Knowledge of UX research methodologies, wireframing, user flows, and prototyping Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong communication skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for AI-driven digital products Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/React) Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive compensation and growth opportunities Creative freedom and ownership of design decisions Collaborative and innovation-focused work culture Opportunity to build products with social impact Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
