Channel Partner Executive Kharadi, Pune 5 - 31 years INR 0.4 - 0.5 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities: Onboard new channel partners and maintain strong working relationships with existing ones. Provide detailed project information, brochures, pricing, and walkthroughs to partners. Regularly coordinate with CPs for client visits, site inspections, and follow-ups. Conduct training and briefing sessions for CPs to align them with the project’s USPs and offerings. Monitor and manage CP lead tagging, follow-up activity, and lead conversions. Ensure accurate documentation, lead tracking, and reporting through CRM tools. Resolve CP-related issues with professionalism and timeliness. Collaborate with the internal sales team for lead closures and customer support. Support marketing activities, channel partner meets, and promotional campaigns. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication & presentation skills Understanding of Pune real estate market, especially Kharadi region CRM knowledge (e.g., Sell. Do, NoBrokerHood, Salesforce preferred) Target-driven with a solution-oriented mindset Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and WhatsApp Business for partner coordination
