Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through online and offline channels., Develop strategies to generate and nurture leads effectively. 2. Customer Conversion: Convert leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups. Build and maintain relationships to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Offline Marketing & Sales: Conduct field visits to promote products and services. Organize marketing events, exhibitions, or product demos as required. 4. Market Research: Research customer preferences, market trends, and competitors' strategies to improve marketing efforts Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience or interest in Sales and Marketing Management Ability to participate in and contribute to Training sessions Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Show more Show less
