Role Summary : The Assistant Manager – Domestic Marketing (API's) will be responsible for driving API sales in the Indian pharmaceutical market by managing customer relationships, generating business opportunities, executing pricing strategies, and ensuring end-to-end order fulfilment. The role requires strong market understanding, commercial acumen, and coordination with cross-functional teams to support business growth. Job Responsibilities: Ø End-to-End Customers Support to with regard to Enquires, Offers, Sample, Processing Sales orders and receivable management. Ø Develop New Sales opportunities with guidance from managers for organization. This work will include web search, contacting via emails, Telephone & Networking. Once contact is established, take part in customer visits etc. Ø Arranging price quotations to the customer, with lead-time and payment terms. Ø Dispatch assessment and coordinate with logistics team. Ø Interact with other teams like R&D, RA, QA, QC, Accounts &Logistics. Ø Estimating and validating monthly sales and dispatch plans for augmenting business volumes and revenue. Ø Reviewing and analyzing periodical data for estimating assigned market performance against projections. Ø Credit management and credit risk assessment of both existing and new customers as per the agreeable credit terms. Competition and market conditions` assessment. Ø Understanding and working knowledge of regulations, logistics and taxation challenges. Ø Willingness to travel domestic and international for customer meetings. Ø Getting update on API Supply lead-time, evaluating supply commitments. Preferred candidate profile: Ø Domestic, Sales & Marketing (API’s), Business Development.

Ø End to End Customers Support to with regard to Enquires, Offers, Sample, Processing Sales orders and receivable management. Ø Develop New business opportunities with guidance from the directors for organization. This work will include web search, contacting via emails, Telephone & Networking. Once contact is established take part in customer visits etc. Ø Handling Customer complaints and co coordinating with Regulatory team to correspond with consultant and Health Authorities concerning deficiencies. Ø Interacting with customer to understand the requirements for registration of new products in their country and coordinating with Regulatory department for required documents. Ø Providing best services and also creating interest to line up more projects with existing customers. Ø Maintaining and updating customer database. Ø Execute Supply agreements and confidential agreement coordinating with client and legal department. Ø Coordinate with teams including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, QA, QC, IPR, GST, Logistics, Finance, and Focus (ERP) on daily basis to build proper communication channel with the clients and maintain productive business relationships. Ø Identify, communicate, coordinate and follow up with buyers and build business relationship with them and Prepare quotations, pricing, negotiate for buyers and claim settlement if any. Ø Business development through lead generation, customer meetings participation in exhibitions & Seminars as and when required. Ø Exposure to multiple culture environments through working and travelled on business assignments Ø Maintain up to date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure marketing practices remain compliant. Preferd Candidates: Ø International Sales & Marketing (API’s), Business Development, Europ , US & LATEM Markets.
