Job Title: Site Engineer – Residential / Bungalow ProjectsJob SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Site Engineer with hands-on experience in bungalow and residential building construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining project timelines as per drawings and specifications. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities for bungalow / residential projects Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams Monitor material quality, workmanship, and site safety Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site records Check and execute RCC, masonry, plaster, finishing, and waterproofing works Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and vendors Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost control Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues Ensure compliance with safety norms and quality standards Required QualificationsDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 2–6 years of experience in bungalow or residential building projects Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Familiarity with RCC work, finishing works, and site execution Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (preferred) Skills & CompetenciesStrong site coordination and supervision skills Good communication and reporting abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple activities on-site Attention to quality and detail Salary[As per industry standards / Negotiable]
