Ground floor front office lady is too rude behavior. ( the one who wear makeup) She will not give proper information. But 2nd floor convocation department office staffs are very kind and helpful .

It's an University for health care studies like Medica and nursing cources ... nursing colleges and medical colleges are controlled by RGUHS...the duty hours starts from 9 am to 5pm....you can visits within this time... Sunday and general holidays the university remains closed

The RGUHS front desk in Bangalore poses challenges for non-Kannada speakers. Communication barriers lead to repetitive visits, causing inconvenience. A more inclusive approach, with English-speaking staff, would greatly improve accessibility for individuals from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
