Role Supervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipment. Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule. Perform and supervise maintenance related repairs. Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the Cinema. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment. Responsibilities l It is the duty of the maintenance department to solve any maintenance related issue in the premises. Work should never get affected in the multiplex. Visit all the departments and check any maintenance related issue. Prepare maintenance register and do the work on priority basis. Change any electrical items like bulbs, lights, switches if not working. Inform management of any major fault. Prepare material requisition form in case of purchase of any item. In case work cannot be done locally inform management to prepare Work order and settle the matter. Maintain good relationship with GEB/ Torrent staff so that any major electrical fault can be solved on urgent basis. Keep stock of material required on daily basis. Keep stock register up to date and show to management on demand. Prepare work book on daily basis and get it signed by the management on daily basis. Check cooling of A.C. in all the OD. Switch on and off of the A.C. as per the show timings. Maintain and do regular servicing of items like A.Cs Take daily reading of electricity consumption. Maintain D.G. set up to date. Check fuel level, battery water etc. on regular basis. Switching on and off of the lights, fountains etc. as per the time table.
