Raj Saurabh , a key vertical under Raj Uphaar , specializes in fragrance products including incense, dhoop, candles, and premium corporate & festive gift hampers.We are expanding and looking for a dedicated and hands-on Production Manager to lead operations at our Dharampur facility. For more details, visit: www.rajuphaar.org Role Overview: The Production Manager will oversee end-to-end production planning, quality control, workforce management, and process optimization across fragrance and gifting product lines. The role requires strong shop-floor leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Execution Plan and schedule daily/weekly production based on demand Ensure optimal use of manpower, machines, and raw materials Drive lean manufacturing practices to minimize downtime & wastage Coordinate with procurement & warehouse for raw material availability Quality, Compliance & Safety Maintain strict QC at incoming, in-process & final stages Monitor fragrance quality, burn time, finish & overall product standards Ensure GMP, hygiene, and regulatory compliance Maintain machine maintenance logs & preventive maintenance coordination Implement safety standards for wax handling, heating, and fire safety Team Leadership & Performance Lead, train, and supervise production staff (including female workforce) Conduct performance reviews and drive productivity improvements Maintain documentation: SOPs, Work Instructions, BPRs Inventory & Reporting Track consumption of wax, fragrances, wicks, packaging, etc. Reduce production losses and optimize yields Prepare daily production reports, OEE & MIS Ensure stock accuracy and timely production documentation Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with R&D for new fragrances & product standardization Coordinate with QA/QC for corrective actions Ensure timely delivery and adjust schedules proactively Provide excellent service to internal customers & ensure high satisfaction Qualifications and Profile: 34 years experience in FMCG production / shop-floor management Hands-on experience in production planning & quality control Experience managing manpower (especially female employees) Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems Language proficiency: English, Hindi & Gujarati Empathetic, team-oriented, and proactive communicator Why Join Us Work with purpose every process you optimize uplifts livelihoods.
