Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator based in Jaipur. The Operator will be responsible for monitoring and managing the daily operations of the printing press, ensuring timely and accurate production of the newspaper. Key tasks include handling machinery, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The Operator will work closely with the production team to meet production deadlines and maintain quality control. Qualifications Experience in operating and managing printing machinery Technical skills in troubleshooting and routine maintenance Knowledge of safety standards and procedures Ability to work effectively in a team and manage production schedules Attention to detail and quality control standards Excellent organizational and time management skills Prior experience in a similar role within the printing or publishing industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
