As we move toward our private platform launch, we’re strengthening our core technical team and are looking for a Founding Blockchain & Platform Engineer to help own and scale the foundation of RaiseHQ. This is a founding-level role with meaningful ownership and long-term impact. Role: Founding Blockchain & Platform Engineer Global / Remote Founding Team Role Equity-only (ESOP) initially — salary 6 months post-launch(This is non negotiable) What You’ll Work On Own RaiseHQ’s blockchain and platform architecture end-to-end Design, build, and maintain smart contracts for tokenized equity, vesting, minting, buybacks, and permissions. Ensure platform security, reliability, and audit readiness Build and maintain backend APIs and infrastructure supporting blockchain interactions Work across the full stack (frontend, backend, blockchain integration) Collaborate directly with the founder on product, roadmap, and technical decisions Prepare the platform for scalability, compliance, and future audits Who This Is For Senior blockchain engineers or full-stack developers with Web3 experience Builders who have worked on production-grade smart contracts or blockchain platforms Engineers who care about security, correctness, and long-term architecture Individuals excited to join a startup at the foundational stage , not as a contractor People comfortable with ownership, autonomy, and high responsibility Experience with modern stacks, smart-contract development, and secure backend systems is strongly preferred.
