What are we looking for? We are seeking lawyers with substantial experience to be empanelled as external members on the Internal Committees (ICs) of organizations. The professional should possess a comprehensive understanding of the responsibilities associated with serving as an external member of an Internal Committee, in accordance with the PoSH Law. Important aspects of the role: 1. Provide guidance and support to the IC in evaluating complaint data and evidence, assisting in determining the appropriate course of action. 2. Ensure timely submission of annual compliance reports to the relevant authorities by the IC. 3. Assist in conducting meetings, conciliation, or inquiry proceedings in accordance with applicable laws. 4. Offer guidance in arriving at final recommendations and prepare comprehensive reports based on findings. 5. Attend all quarterly meetings initiated by the Presiding Officer. Knowledge and Experience Required: 1. Preferably 3-7 years of experience with a strong understanding of the PoSH Law and expertise in handling related cases. 2. Proven track record in effectively addressing and resolving PoSH cases, conducting impartial inquiries, and ensuring appropriate redressal. 3.
