Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Skill Trainer located in New Delhi. The Life Skill Trainer will be responsible for delivering training on life skills, communication skills, and soft skills to empower and support children in vulnerable situations. The role involves daily interactions with children, conducting training sessions, and creating a safe and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Presentation Skills and Training & Development Life Skills and Soft Skills Effective Communication skills Experience working with children or in social services Empathy, patience, and understanding Ability to adapt training methods to different age groups and learning styles Knowledge of child psychology and development Relevant certification or degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field
