Job Title: Admission Counsellor & sales executive Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Follow-up Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails from prospective students and parents Generate leads through walk-ins, tele-calling, events, outreach campaigns. Counselling & Course Guidance Educate prospects about KLU programs (UG/PG, domestic & international) and application processes Assist with document preparation, eligibility checks, and submission procedures. Application & Admission Process Management Review applications; support students through interviews, tests, and admissions criteria Maintain communication with students, parents, and internal teams to resolve queries. Database & MIS Management Maintain and update lead and admission databases Share daily/weekly admission MIS reports and on-campus visitor summaries Participate in campus tours, orientation sessions, education fairs, and community outreach Required Skills & Attributes Exceptional verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities Comfortable with tele-calling and face-to-face interactions Proficient in data handling and basic office software (Excel, Word, MIS tools) Organized, detail-oriented, multitasker, self-driven, and target-focused Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes Qualifications Education : Minimum graduation required; a postgraduate degree is a plus Language Skills : Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi and other regional languages advantageous Experience & Background Minimum 2 years in student counselling, tele sales, call center, or admissions.
