Sterilize instruments and maintain the cleanliness/sterility of the operating theatre. Set up surgical tables, lights, monitors, and anesthesia equipment. Ensure all necessary surgical supplies and tools are available and organized Assist surgeons by passing instruments, retracting tissues, and suctioning fluids. Help position and move patients safely during the operation. Monitor patients and provide technical support as needed. Assist the anesthesia team with equipment. Clean and restock the operating room after each procedure. Conduct inventories of instruments and supplies. Report any defective equipment. Strictly follow infection control policies and maintain the sterile field. Manage hazardous waste.
