Position Summary

We are currently hiring Radiology Transcriptionists with proven experience in transcribing medical reports for US-based radiology practices. You must be comfortable handling reports such as mammograms, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe radiology reports including: Mammograms, CT scans, Ultrasounds, MRIs
• Edit and proofread voice-recognized drafts for clarity and accuracy.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports while maintaining high quality standards.
• Maintain consistent accuracy above 99% in transcription quality.
• Upload completed reports directly to client portals or platforms efficiently.
• Comply with HIPAA and client confidentiality policies.
• Collaborate with QA teams as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience out of which 2 years should be in US-based radiology transcription.
• Proven ability to maintain 99%+ accuracy consistently.
• Experience with direct upload of final transcripts to client systems or portals.
• Strong understanding of radiology terminology and structured reporting.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and language proficiency.
• Familiarity with transcription software (e.g., eScription, Nuance, or similar).
• Ability to meet turnaround times independently.

Work Mode & Timing

• Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
• Work Type: Remote / On-site / Hybrid (based on experience)
• Shift: US Time Zones (preferred)
