Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for visiting doctors and consultants. Build strong, trust-based relationships with key external physicians. Regularly engage with doctors to understand their needs and expectations. Referral & Admission Promotion: Strategically encourage doctors to prefer our hospital for patient admissions and procedures. Highlight hospital services, clinical expertise, technology, and patient care advantages. Develop and implement doctor engagement programs, events, or CME activities. Coordination & Support: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth scheduling, patient admissions, and treatment processes for doctors and their patients. Facilitate onboarding of new visiting doctors and provide them with hospital protocols and support. Market Intelligence: Monitor referral patterns and gather feedback on why doctors may choose competing hospitals. Identify gaps or opportunities to improve hospital services and increase loyalty. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain updated records of doctor interactions, referral trends, and admission data. Provide regular reports to management on performance metrics and doctor engagement levels.
