Working on BPMS, Sanction Drawing and UDCPR rules. Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other design tools. Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure integrated project development. Ensure designs meet DCR (Development Control Regulations), NBC (National Building Code), and other local building regulations specific to Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and Metro region norms. Prepare and present design proposals to the internal team, management, and regulatory authorities. Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Support project approvals by preparing documentation and drawings required for permissions from local authorities.
