Key Responsibilities: Manage customer interactions through PulseUp CRM and update all customer communication accurately. Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding service reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely vehicle delivery and service updates. Address customer queries, concerns, and escalate issues to seniors when required. Maintain customer satisfaction scores (CSI) by providing a positive customer experience. Track and monitor customer appointments, service reminders, and follow-up schedules. Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups. Ensure timely closure of all open customer complaints/issues on PulseUp CRM. Support customer engagement activities, surveys, and retention programs.
