R2R Sr. Analyst

Location-Gurugram (sector 48)

Shift- 12 pm-10 pm

Work model-Hybrid

**Candidate must have 6+ years expeeirnce in R2R along with excellent communication skills**

Key Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions.

Assist in preparing and maintaining the general ledger.

Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

Manage bank reconciliations (BRS), fixed assets accounting, accruals, and related activities.

Ensure timely and accurate inter-company and balance sheet reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, controls, and SLAs.

Support internal and external audit requirements.

Coordinate and cooperate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Provide team support, including management and resolution of team issues.

Perform ad-hoc accounting and reporting activities as required.

Knowledge and Attributes:

Knowledge of accounting standards and reporting practices.

Proven ability in financial reporting and reconciliations.

Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.

Ability to work effectively within tight timelines and deadlines.

Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
