Qualifications Experience in security management, risk assessment, and emergency response Strong communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, organize field operations, and manage a team Proficient in using security technology and surveillance equipment Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Physical fitness and stamina for conducting field visits and handling security operations Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred
