The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of proven experience in managing fleet operations, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for this role, along with a deep understanding of route planning, fuel management, driver coordination, and vehicle maintenance. Familiarity with fleet management systems and compliance protocols is also required. In addition to operational expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and deliver timely solutions. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
