Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Fabrication Helper to assist fabricators, welders, and other skilled workers in the production and assembly of metal structures or components. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to perform manual labor in a workshop or industrial setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembly of metal parts. Support welders and fabricators in setting up and operating machinery. Load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished products. Clean and prepare work areas, tools, and equipment. Follow safety guidelines and wear proper protective gear at all times. Carry out general labor tasks such as lifting, holding, or moving materials. Maintain cleanliness and order in the fabrication workshop. Perform basic measurements and mark materials as directed. Report any damaged tools or equipment to supervisors. Assist in quality control and inspection as required. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a workshop or industrial environment is an advantage. Basic knowledge of fabrication tools and machinery. Ability to read and follow instructions and work orders.
