Key Responsibilities - Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. - Develop and maintain Python scripts for data analysis, ETL processes, and automation tasks. - Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights. - Build and manage automated dashboards and data pipelines using tools such as Airflow, Pandas, or Apache Spark. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to understand data needs and deliver scalable solutions. - Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Support machine learning model deployment and performance tracking (if applicable). - Document data flows, models, and processes for internal knowledge sharing. Key Requirements - Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning). - Solid experience with Python (data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, scripting, and automation). - Applied knowledge of statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, probability, distributions). - Experience with data automation tools (Airflow, dbt, or equivalent). - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly) is a plus. - Understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
