Position Overview: - Role: SDE Intern (Software Development Engineer Intern) - Location: Fully Remote - Duration: 3 months - Compensation: 15,000 per month base pay plus performance-based bonuses What You'll Do: As an SDE Intern at Xelron , your responsibilities will include: 1. Designing and developing tasks used to evaluate and train AI models 2. Writing clean, well-documented code following best practices 3. Creating automated test suites to ensure task correctness 4. Working with containerized environments using Docker for reproducibility 5. Collaborating with the team using Git and GitHub for version control and code reviews 6. Writing shell scripts to automate workflows and testing pipelines 7. Contributing to improvements in task creation infrastructure and tooling Requirements Must-Have Skills: 1. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, C, or C++ 2. Strong experience with Git and GitHub, including branching, merging, pull requests, and collaboration workflows 3. Basic proficiency with the Linux command line, including file navigation, permissions, and process management 4. Fundamental knowledge of shell scripting, especially Bash, for automation Good-to-Have Skills: 1. Familiarity with Docker, including building images, running containers, and docker-compose. 2. Understanding of software testing principles. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Interest in AI and machine learning systems and how they are trained.
