Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide top-notch assistance to our international clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries via voice or non-voice (email/chat) channels during U.S. business hours. Key Responsibilities · Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from U.S.-based customers in a professional manner. · Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction. · Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or ticketing systems. · Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines. · Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary. · Meet performance KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. · Stay updated with product knowledge and service offerings. Requirements · HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline. · 1–2 years of experience in international BPO or customer service (Freshers with good English communication skills can apply). · Excellent verbal and written communication in English. · Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. time zone). · Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. · Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
