We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join the Quickreturns team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing software applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Role & Responsibility: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver features Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 1–3 years of hands-on experience in software development Proficiency in Vue.JS, PHP( Laravel) Experience with web technologies, APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL) Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Familiarity with version control systems such as Git Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities What We Offer Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment Learning and growth opportunities with mentorship Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Flexible work culture Collaborative and inclusive team environment
