📍 Switzerland 🕒 Full-time About the Role We are seeking a motivated Consultant – Operations Excellence to join our Switzerland team. In this role, you will work with clients to improve business processes, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable performance improvements. You will apply proven methodologies, facilitate transformation, and support sustainable operational change across industries. Key Responsibilities Assess current business operations and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement process optimization frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Define and track operational KPIs through dashboards and reporting. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build client capabilities. Support digital transformation and automation initiatives to enhance productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects. Prepare clear reports and presentations for senior and executive stakeholders. Stay up to date with best practices in operational excellence and change management. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or management consulting. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies (certifications preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process modeling tools (Visio, Minitab, BPMN software). Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is highly valued in Switzerland.
