Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to qualified leads and existing customers to promote products and services. Communicate product features and benefits effectively, tailoring the pitch to customer needs. Handle objections confidently and close sales through persuasive, ethical conversations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Maintain accurate call records and customer details in the CRM system. Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Uphold ethical sales practices at all times. Preferred candidate profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Resilience, persistence, and a customer-first mindset. Prior telesales or outbound sales experience preferred. NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) certification preferred. Self-motivated, results-driven team player.
