The role demands deep technical expertise, people management skills, and an understanding of the Indian engineered stone industry s quality, export standards, and production efficiency requirements. Required Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering from a recognized university. Diploma Engineers with 7+ years of relevant experience may also be considered. Technical certifications in CNC programming or lean manufacturing are an added advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and cutting optimization software. Experience with ERP systems like SAP or local manufacturing ERPs Experience: Minimum 5 8 years of experience in a CTS or production role in an engineered stone / quartz / marble / granite manufacturing unit. Practical experience with CNC cutting machines, waterjets, bridge saws, and polishing lines. Knowledge of cutting tools, blade wear, material behaviour, and nesting strategies. Experience working with domestic and export CTS projects (e.g., countertops, vanities, flooring, wall cladding). Familiarity with Indian and international quality standards and specifications (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ANSI).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts into printable formats, optimizing printing technology for industrial applications, and ensuring visual quality across our product line. Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop graphics to Implement commercial scale surface printing on engineered stone products (e.g., quartz surfaces, sintered stone, etc.). Collaborate with R&D department, and production teams to conceptualize, prototype, and finalize surface patterns. Operate and maintain digital/rotary/UV printing equipment used in stone decoration. Create high-resolution surface patterns, textures, and color layouts using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrators and alike), CAD/CAM, and RIP software. Optimize ink adhesion, durability, and colourfastness for printed designs on various stone surfaces. Conduct trials and quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and durability of prints across production batches. Interface with material scientists and chemical engineers to assess surface treatments and compatibility with printing technologies. Stay up-to-date with design trends and software skills for material innovations, and sustainable printing solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma from the National Institute of Design (NID) / Equivalent institutions, in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, Ceramic & Glass Design, or related disciplines. 0 2 years of relevant experience in surface design and applications. Strong knowledge of printing systems such as digital inkjet, UV, sublimation, and screen printing.
