Quantity Surveyor

You will be responsible for preparing architectural Bill of Quantities (BOQs) in compliance with specifications and extracting quantities from General For Construction (GFC) drawings. Additionally, you will be expected to create Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) based on GFC drawings and generate Daily Progress Reports. Certification of subcontractor Running Account (RA) Bills and preparation of materials reconciliation statements will also fall under your purview. Moreover, you will need to implement Value Engineering concepts, review Architectural and Structural drawings, and submit Request for Information (RFI) to consultants when necessary. In line with on-site requirements, you will be required to raise material indents supported by accurate measurement sheets. Developing Management Information System (MIS) reports and conducting Rate analysis will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a Full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided meals, and health insurance. The working schedule is during Day shifts. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in preparing BOQs. The work location is on-site.,
